Return conditions

• Check the product in front of the delivery man
• Return immediately if it is the wrong or a damaged item
• Complaints must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
• Used products cannot be returned

Refund

Once a return is accepted, the money is refunded via bKash or Nagad within 3–7 working days.
